Handled Projects Independently and actively participated in the acquisition phase of projects by establishing the OEM System requirements with the Existing platform. Creating or modifying requirements based on the Change request from OEM and maintaining the bilateral traceability between the customer requirements to Test Evidence. Gathering operational feedback from the customers for identifying design improvement needs.

Conducted Performance Test, Strength Tests, standard durability tests, Environmental Test and Safety Regulation Tests on Manual and Power Assisted Steering Column (EPSc) Understanding new Testing requirements from Customer and Finalize the DVP. Test plan preparation, Test Rig Resource allocation, Testing Cost Estimation and Resource usage performed using Microsoft Project 2013.

Calibration of vehicle (Motorcycle) to achieve emission norms (Bharath & Euro) and vehicle performance. Vehicle calibration in both Engine Dyno & Chassis dynamometer test cells. Analysis of test data, results and presenting the result to customer Performance evaluation of samples on chassis dynamometer, flow benches, gas analyzers & testing rigs (Emissions / Mileage / Drivability)
