•Coordinating the process of major project approvals and redacting the various business plans for the approval of the board and supervisory board (e.g. risk analysis, financial model, EPC contract and estimation cost…). •Participating in the project development of Parabolic through power plants in Spain and USA: EWA, LNTP, EPC contract, ect. •Responsible for the administration of the Project Management System. •Suporting the project development of a wind park in Uruguay.

• Responsible for two internal project management systems. • Delivered on time weekly and monthly analysis report on the human resources utilization: Missing reports, labor booking report, compliance report, forecasting plan. • Managed the internal communication: collecting, analyzing data and information from all the departments at HP. • Improved successfully the system for the forecasting of the release of the human resources by projects.
