Training and Competence Manager able to support all induction and role based training activities, making sure that all employees get a full understanding of their role within the company. I'm liaising with Customer Outcome and Training departments to identify trends and focus areas for training, as well as creating and delivering all other training materials to satisfy the client, regulatory and business needs.

Foster a culture that supports Change Management & continuous improvement process by analysis of current programs and skill development processes to identify areas of improvement, and recommend solutions.

Managed training program development and coordination for annual trainings plan, implement the change communication, ensure vendor selection & coordination, provided feedback to management to meet corporate goals. Developed and organized +50 training programs for all required levels in alignment with business & corporate goals.
