Tasks in the area of international logistics. Project activities for the optimization of the logistics quality, capacity monitoring, reduction of logistics costs (among others) for all ED plants around the world (Germany, Mexico, USA, Belgium, China, Thailand, etc)

I worked in the supplier management area and had to carry out many analysis. Using SAP and Excel, I analysed how much "dead" material the warehouse had, how much material was painted in colours that weren't needed. But my main job, was to create "painting contracts" for many car pieces. This job included the analysis of how much demand on each colour was known, also the communication with the painting facilities.

I was given many tasks, among which I had to advertise this new Start-Up company. Make pamphlets and distribute them, but also I had to go to different target groups and try to convince them that they needed our product. I also learned to use the program called "SolidWorks", with which the pieces were designed in order to print them with the 3D-Printer.
