Why IT Recruitment likes me much? Because I give a part of my practical work experience to people who are unsure what direction they wish to take in their lives fills me with purpose. At times, I can help candidates find their best job, where they can unleash your potential, in order to become a professional in your own area, and feels happier, I’m feeling of reward when I can meet all candidate’s employment needs motivates me. Helping people otherwise out of work inspires me too. I pride myself on being able to hear a candidate’s or client’s needs. Some successes of mine in IT recruiting: - Attracting during 3 weeks technical team (PHP) for ECommPay IT | cryptomining team for Ortnec (CY) and e.t.c. As for me the main is determining the direction they wish to take in their life is an essential part of the process for me. This helps in feeding my deeper desire to understand human motivations.
