In fast a pace international environment with up to 70 active employees at times, strategically planed, successfully managed and meticulously executed operations and IT projects for Google Maps in several EMEA countries, such as Greece, Norway, Denmark, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia among others, while receiving the recognition for outstanding performance and quality management.

With the program introduced for the first time to the state, I developed a countrywide strategy to establish and implement the U.S. Foreign Assistance Program. This assisted government security institutions in capacity building, leadership development, and organizational growth, as well as developing rapport, understanding, and communication links between government security institution and their U.S. and other international counterparts.

- Consultant on business development; determined and clarified strategic and operational problems, designed transformational business models, and strategy development - Team Leader of a 6 –member-consulting team. Consulted clients to monitor their existing business practices, identify opportunities and recommend solutions. - Undertook market research into the industry sector, analyzing and interpreting data and statistics, while identifying and assessing possible consulting strategies.
