The idea for this project came from the need to manage a home budget. I used a few free home budget applications which are available in the market, but they didn't meet my needs. I decided to make the home budget application, which meets my needs to manage a home budget. Application is built with ReactJS and Firebase. Responsible for managing NCTS project for UINO of BiH, providing a framework for the project’s activities, designing a project’s database, setting milestones, keeping the vision clear and the work on the track, making sure project goals are delivered on time and budget. Responsible for leading team of 7 developers, encouraging open communication, delegating tasks and setting deadlines, discovering training needs and providing coaching, recognizing high performance and reward accomplishments.

Responsible for maintaining the Electric energy billing system (STONE). Responsible for implementing Project for Implementation of Biometric Passports. Responsible for implementing Public Key Infrastructure on Citizen Identification Protection System. Responsible for maintenance and migration of TrackStar systems to new hardware and software and applications for quality control of ID cards and driver’s license and internal portal IDDEEA.

Responsible for maintaining the System for Tariffing, Accounting and Payment collection of electric energy (TESLA).
