- Take over Development/QA environments - deliver new releases, maintain existing releases, migrations - Manage all cross-functional team dependencies and consider business priorities when scoping, planning and certifying an application release into the production environment - Coordinate release content and effort based on defect backlogs, third party applications and planned monthly releases - Produce deployment and implementation plans - Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and roadblocks

- Follow and support of the Release Management process required by customer (creation of all required requests in the change management systems) - Interaction with various service/tech departments on the customer side - Ensured timely delivery of project materials - Manage all cross-functional team dependencies and consider business priorities when scoping, planning and certifying an application/change releases into the production environment - Prepared detailed preliminary and master project schedules

- Setting up of development and testing environments - Troubleshoot configuration failures and issues in a timely manner - Prepare and document base service configurations to be used by Implementation Engineers - Work in conjunction with the Programs Test & QA function to agree success criteria - Coordination and implementation changes to production environment - Ensure that software products meet all prerequisites before releasing software to various environments (Dev, Test, or Production)
