- Create concepts and build automated processes for the data management of CRM systems - Technical consulting and strategy development for new systems / CRM; including implementation testing and documentation - Crete concepts and implement solutions that enable data transfer from different data sources into database systems - Crete concepts and develop reports and key figures

- Monitor operations of treasury unit, including here limits towards banks, other parties, currency positions, interest rate risk, capital adequacy, and other internal and external limits. Ensure that the bank is within the set limits - Coordinate bank's Financial and Market Risk Management Committee and ensure and monitor the implementation of decisions taken in this committee - Prepare and analyse reports on financial and market risk management, including here general risk report and other reports

- Extract data from core banking system necessary for preparing regular and/or ad-hoc reports. - Gather and organize data from other external sources for preparing analysis. - Prepare reports and analysis for internal business departments and other related parties. - Work on replacing manual reports with automatic ones, and thus contributing in providing reports in much shorter period and with high accuracy.

- Responsible for risk reporting and risk report automation - Engage into the basics of Risk Management (focusing on Interest rate risk, Currency risk, Country risk, Liquidity risk, Counterparty risk and Risk bearing capacity) - Engage into the basics of Risk Controlling - Responsible for liquidity planning, liquidity management and the calculation of liquidity indicators
