Vikas headed the software delivery function at BrickRed. He is a post-graduate in Computer Science and possesses several years of experience in delivering rich software for global software players. At BrickRed, Vikas is responsible for enabling efficient Program Management practices, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting customer expectations. His key strengths span people management, communication, liasoning, customer relations, and innovative initiatives.

-As a strategic adviser to the Board, enabled decision making by providing financial implications and other details about new offerings and partnerships. Designed models for accurately assessing the profitability of new offerings, partnerships, and community building along with their break even points -Was responsible for making the organization legally compliant and handling issues related to IPR, trademarks, agreements, mergers, subsidiaries, etc

As a software programmer, Vikas was responsible for making efficient software programs and writing reusable code in Java language. Vikas took his first Java certification (SCJP2) in this duration.
