Trained as a journalist and then went on to study POLS in Cologne and Wellington; I now do business support for an international law firm where no two mandates are the same and we come up with a brilliant solution for something every day. I build custom MS Office AddIns, templates and styles, and work on Document automation in Word or other applications - all tailored to specific needs, and informed by broad experience in modern law firm business support. My training sessions and videos cover all the myriad little things that clog up legal workflows, from MS Office and PDF (including the dreaded PDF/A standards) to video conferencing and document management.
