    Had the opportunity to help develop new gifting business for high end/luxury markets. My input resulted in: creating a vendor list for buying purposes, library of all visuals, branding : Simon Pearce, Diane James and Caspari for store identity. Designed and executed all visuals for 6000 square foot store and greenhouse. Executed all in house events, including all visuals and working hand in hand with General Manager and the customer.

    Main focus was all Visual Merchandising of our store, and executing a Communications package for our other 27 boutiques. The products sold were geared towards a high-end client base, with very specific needs. I was also taken out of our store to help open new shops in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York. Trained all staff members in the corporate guidelines in VM. Organized monthly public events to help promote business as well as community awareness.
