I am in charge of capital management at Kintyre Capital Advisory GmbH (´KCA`). KCA´s primary aim is to optimize the existing debt and mezzanine financing of Kintyre´s partners as well as Kintyre´s co-investments. Furthermore, the service includes strategic capital advice for all future real estate investments. The KCA team offers combined experience and knowledge in debt structuring, being well equipped to support the refinancing or recapitalization process of existing portfolios as well as the structuring of complex financing solutions. KCA has deep relationships with a diverse network of capital providers that allows us to select and negotiate the most efficient capital structure for our investments and our clients.
