Incident Management specialist at Orange Business Services ( OBS ) Started working since 1st of July 07/01/2021 till now . We work as the network provider for BASF which is the largest chemical company in the world . My work basically is about solving incidents opened by our customer ( reactively ) or tickets generated by our monitoring systems to our network devices ( Access points , switches , routers ) My role within the team is the Ludwigshafen SPOC ( single point of contact ) since November 2021 . Got 2x Change Maker awards from my team and my Ludwigshafen team for my contribution to the team .
