My interests are extending my professional experience and knowledge in Physics modelling

modelling in Technology and the integration of the two models . One of the main areas of physcis that interest me is imaging in the diffraction domain as is used in lithographic imaging in the semiconductor industry. But also imaging in e-beam microscopy (TEM and SEM) has my interest. At the same time I am interested in designing and testing ( including hands on) of the many supporting technologies like Software

Electronics

Mechanics and others. My interests are also to find ways to improve the development (process) of systems in order to gain more reliable ( in the sense of predictable) systems. My main interest is to integrate all of the above in a wholistic (interdisciplinare) view of a system.
