Board member at the care home and community nonprofit. Responsible for logistical maintenance of the board and business partnerships as well as creating scheduling to automate the day by day running of the care facility. Took the initiative to create set procedures and a divide tasks for employee. Also created and currently manage the non-profit’s website that has ushered in a 45% raise in donations.

Entered and initiated customer information into Broker Dealer system for use by stock broker. Also accessed and determined client’s risk tolerance in terms of financial flexibility. Helped decrease the number of daily typos and editing mistakes in the office. As well as trained several new employees to preform their tasks at higher more productive level.

Responsible for procuring all receipts and transactions related to the club and business and recording them in Excel. Also held meetings with the club’s tax lawyer and Spanish government representatives to ensure the legality of the accounting. Helped automate and streamline the accounting and record keeping of all the monthly financials having to do with the club. As well as simplified the clubs logistical make up to where every employee involved knew their tasks and when to preform them.
