I am the CEO and founder of PsyMax Solutions, which helps employers select the top grade "A" people for their organization and reduce employee turnover by hiring the right people and developing key talent. I have 20 years of experience in coaching, assessing, and developing employees using proprietary diagnostic tools. My passion is in helping people gain insight and understanding about their specific strengths and weaknesses relative to an organization’s critical success factors, mission, and values.
