Projectmanagement to prepare the Final Assembly for new (or modified) MINI's
Responsible for the delivery of regular maintenance, outages, maintenance projects and modifications for two naphtha crackers, nine polyolefin plants and logistics for these plants (including final product). Management of a department of over 200 employees, enabling reliable and safe operation of the plants with a yearly budget of more than 50 million euros.
Program management to prepare the whole site for a transition from a plant-driven organisation to a centrally organised site. The reorganization impacted about 400 people.
