Automotive field. Responsibility for the plants in Poland and Italy

Responsibility for plants of the Group. New Green Fields Plants - Controlling Launcher.

- management of P&L’s, Cash, inventories, overdues and Capex for two separate Divisions, - lead all forecasting processes (budget, monthly forecast, ...), - manage reporting process and ensure reliability of standard costing, variance analysis, margin/programs, - develop, execute and control internal finance procedures in accordance with Group policies, - co-operation with external auditors, - participate to business plan validation (new launches), - department management.

Responsibility for 3 plants in Świętochłowice, Starachowice and Rawa Mazowiecka (in Poland). - Accounting & Controlling exercises (monthly closing, stock following, etc.), - KPI, - improve and standardize practices, processes and management tools, - supervise legal and tax matters and coordinate IT actions with AMC, - lead customer credit risk, - SOX management, - support implementation of projects in Poland and in the business area, - department management.

From 1.08.2000 - as Plant Controller in Tychy (in Poland), From 1.05.2005 – as Controller Manufacturing Europe – for Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary. - creation of controlling department (in Tychy) and management (controlling and accounting department), - planning, forecasting, cost accounting, - finance statements, - economic analysis, - current co-operation with external institutions (auditors, banks), - information co-ordination between headquarter and production plant.
