Managed the project: thermodynamic properties of trichloroethene-water system

(1) Proposed an approach to predict the BIPs of cubic equation of states for petroleum fluids containing pseudo-components; (2) Modeled thermodynamic properties of mixtures regarding Carbon dioxide Capture and Storage; (3) Managed the projects from industrial collaborators.

(1) Measured the boiling point rises of aqueous solution containing ionic liquids capable of dissolving cellulose; (2) Designed the process for recovering ionic liquids in the production of cellulose-based fibers; (3) Set up the bench scale membrane filtration equipment for separating natural polymers from ionic liquids solution.

(1) Worked for developing the process simulation software (UniSim Design)

(1) Developed a new advanced thermodynamic model; (2) Built scientific computation programs.; (3) Researched on modeling thermodynamic properties of ionic liquids; (4) Researched on modeling phase equilibrium properties of complex systems.

(1) Set up experiment equipment for researching reaction kinetics at extreme condition: high temperature and high pressure; (2) Measured the experimental data of kinetics of catalytic reaction; (3) Built reaction kinetics model.
