Datorama is a global marketing analytics company providing the world's first Marketing Integration Engine for enterprises, agencies, publishers and platforms. In addition to my responsibilities on my previous position within the Analytics Support Team, I am now taking part in the new hires' training and I am their direct mentor, as well as I am supervising the quality of the work of the designated team. I have been working on two projects, commissioned by two data science consultancy firms. The first one touches on the energy efficiency and resources allocation prediction for one of the biggest energy companies in Bulgaria, and the second one is related to customer segmentation and activation for one of the major US secondary market retailers. My responsibilities include working to priorities as set by the Team Lead to contribute to the achievement of objectives, service levels and provide excellent customer service to the platform users. Also, I maintain currency, accuracy and integrity of reporting and analytical tools as per test procedures. On cases that meet predefined criteria, I collaborate with members of the Tier 2 Team, to provide the best possible solution to the Client. Stack: Marketing Analytics Platform, MS Excel, JavaScript.

I started there in June 2013 as a Consultant within the IT Recruitment Team having worked on the position till November 2014 when I was promoted to the Senior Consultant role. I was responsible for the Account Management for 5 of the biggest BPO companies on the market as well as companies from the Logistics, Manufacturing, Financial and IT Services sectors. I have successfully completed recruitment assignments for marketing, financial and HR roles on expert and middle levels as well as BPO-specific jobs.
