Being a focal point of contact for credit risk policy within the bank and the group. Coordination of credit and risk related issues within the YapıKredi Group. Coordination of the Subsidiaries' Credit Committees

Bank's Credit Committee's organization & distribution of the decisions, organization of credit proposals and credit related issues for the Board of Directors. Managing the regular credit related reporting to BRSA and BACA. Managing all the ongoing/to be developed projects related with the Credit Department. Being a focal point of contact for credit department and representation of the department in projects through the bank.

Credit evaluation and feasibility analysis for big-sized investment projects like Build-Own-Operate/Build-Own-Transfer type hydroelectric power generation projects, natural gas conversion projects, natural gas distribution projects, shopping centers and hotel investment projects.

Adaptation of Credit Methodologies & Processes and preparation of credit products & collateral list for the combined entity. Preparation & controlling of credit data sets for the system integration. Preparation of training materials, organizing trainings, giving lectures on process & methodologies.

Credit evaluation and feasibility analysis of big investment projects and management of Treasury Loans / Treasury Guaranteed Loans. Management of the World Bank Export Finance Intermediary Loan (EFIL I/II) credit portfolio.
