Worked as a member of a support team in the Operations Control Center. Production environment consisted of ~3000 physical and virtual Linux/Unix nodes. Responsibilities: update, patch and reconfigure OS and applications; develop, monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, monitor business-critical environment operations. Used software: Remedy, Control-M, svn, Nagios, NetBackup, Veritas Clustering, MySQL. OS: RedHat/CentOS Linux.

Planned and ran data center migrations for TOP500 customers. Performed corporate applications environment audits, hardware/software inventory validation and maintenance. Assisted in data migrations using bash scripts in Linux environment.

Provided technical expertise in support of pre-sales activities in the hardware division. Successfully accomplished the analysis, design and development of integrated technology solutions for major customers. Technical emphasis was on storage hardware capabilities.

Provided technical audit and client consultation. Prepared specifications and other project documentation. Worked in data center building projects for several big customers.
