-Implementing and developing procurement policies and strategies; -Managing key indicators – turnover, margin, profit and costs -Continuous evaluation of competition in terms of assortment ,selling concepts and prices; -Continuous evaluating the suppliers on the basis of quality, service and prices; -Identifying new suppliers ; -Managing relationships with suppliers for the benefit of the company; -Continuous controlling the stocks; -Coordinating the Electrical Installation, Lighting and Households

-Implementing and developing the procurement policies and strategies; -Research, analyses and evaluating the market to identify customers needs and merchandise opportunities; -Continuous evaluation of competition in terms of assortment and prices; -Identifying new suppliers; -Continuous developing the beverage assortment (alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, mineral water); -Developing relationships with suppliers for the benefit of the company;

-Supporting the Category Manager in implementing and developing purchasing policies and strategy; -Supporting the Category Manager in his continuous evaluations of the competition in terms of assortment and prices; -Managing the price changes -Supporting the Category Manager in developing and implementing the promotions -Controlling the stocks -Assisting the Category Manager in coordinating the Beverage Assortment (Alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, mineral water ,tobacco, coffee and tea)
