I have became a Certified Scrum Master by International Scrum Institute, and from that day I also support the Agile transformation within the company and I help my colleagues to get familiar with Agile and Scrum. As an International Security Coordinator I support the daily work of an international working group on Internal Security. Besides organizing conferences for security professionals from many countries, I am supporting the international CSOs in maintaining their Security Management Program.

During this period I was responsible for the distribution of former Spotless brands for all the clients. I served as their primary contact for the given brands, including complaint handling. I have also monitored stock levels and organised purchase orders and product deliveries in SAP system.

In this role I proposed, implemented and monitored trade marketing activities according to brand and client strategies in line with local consumer insights. I worked in strong cooperation with the marketing and sales department on local and international level as well. The coordination of the Henkel Sustainability School Program (teaching the importance of sustainability to schoolkids) was also my responsibility.

Besides the regular tasks of a personal assistant (calendar and travel management, presentational support) I was responsible for organizing the division's regular conferences. I have always had a superior outside Hungary, so I regularly used my translation and interpretation skills as well. I also enjoyed to extend my knowledge on the company's SAP system by performing various reports and analyses.

As a Marketing Intern I supported the daily work of the Marketing Manager and Brand Managers with preparing and updating reports. I have managed marketing orders in SAP, performed support on financial administration, translated ads and press releases and organized meetings.

During my HR internship, I have supported the daily work of the HR Manager. As a side project, I was responsible for organizing corporate trainings and also coordinated Henkel’s Corporate Social Responsibility program. I have organized and performed interviews as well.
