Part of project team for research and development of maritime AESA (active electronically steered array) antenna. Development of software for real-time interfacing to a provided radar data stream, decoding and conversion to polar coordinates for geo-referenced representation of radar images. To better integrate with existing software, C# was the language of choice. The output has been an high-performance interactive radar image plotter integrating geographic, data and vector layers.

Literature survey and evaluation of possible applications of RF Metamaterials as Radar Absorbing Materials (RAM). Development of software for instrument automation and automatic measurement of radar components. Testing and validation of results and experimental verification.
