As a Serendi Associated Recruiter I support the Resource Team at Johnson Electric in Hatvan.

• Keep in contact with Line Managers and department leaders in HR related questions • Participate in training organization (training place booking, coordination) • Preparation of labor documentation by the law; preparing of working contracts and job descriptions; coordination of on-boarding • Coordination of preliminary medical examinations • Recruiting and staffing (CV selection process, having interviews) • Participate in preparation of internal audit • Work-life balance project preparation

• Performance management and improvement tracking systems • Coordination of learning and development activities • Benefit administration and recordkeeping • Assisting with employee relations, company employee communication • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system • Foreign expansion: full recruitment process organization (recruiting, testing, interviewing, entering) in new stores opening (Arad, Baia Mare – RO, Zagreb, Osijek – HR)

Tasks: • Coordinating and filling positions quickly and efficiently • Market analyzing and market research on business and labor field also • Making headhunt calls and cold calls (direct research process) • Receiving and reviewing applications • Managing interviews Recruitment & Direct Research experience in functions below: • Accountancy • Controlling • Finance • Sales & Marketing • Property and Facility Management • Product Management • Purchasing • Logistics • Engineering
