- Start-up and follow-up of a dynamic assembly line (LAD) and improvement of the KPI'S performance indicators of the EB311 Mercedes-Benz project. - Implementation of continuous improvement actions: 3D design of the LAD, 5S application and visual management, balancing of positions. - Improve performance indicators such as efficiency
