I head, motivate and manage the creative department of FCB Jakarta. I give creative direction to the creative team which includes CD, ACD, group heads, art directors, copywriters & digital art directors. Collaborate with the planning team to shape up the strategy. Motivate the accounts team to fight for a better product. Here I handle Mondelez South East Asia, Beiersdorf, Levi’s and Fonterra. Under my leadership FCB Jakarta came in the list of ‘best digital agencies in Indonesia’.

I worked on Mango Frooti (ParleAgro), Appy Fizz (ParleAgro), HomeShop18.com, Kalpataru & Medimix (Soap, PH. Powder & Facewash) and managed a creative team of ACD, Sr. writers, Sr. art directors and a social media team for a specific brand.

I worked on P&G, Gillette, BlackBerry (SEA) and VISA and managed a team of sr. art and sr. copy.

I worked on L’Oreal, Radio Mirchi, Diageo, Marico & Nerolac and managed a team of art and copy.

I worked on Cadbury Dairy Milk, IDBI Bank, Perfetti Van Mille, Castrol, Bajaj Pulsar & XCD, Red FM & Hindustan Times and supervised art directors.

I worked on Cadbury (Bytes, Eclairs, Halls), Shoppers’ Stop, Tensports & Disney.

I worked on Tide, McDonald's & GPI- Four Square.
