- Work on the suspension design and packaging including kinematics, compliance, ride analysis, SolidWorks modeling, simulations, materials. - Determine the allowable suspension envelope based upon a total vehicle packaging setup - Critically review the chassis tuning process to meet vehicle targets and minimize noise and vibration. - Run CarSim/Simulink co-simulations for different vehicle settings for different road and driving conditions to verify vehicle dynamics target set.

- Monitored, evaluated and validated prototypes / samples of local parts for adherence to design intent, drawings, material specifications. - Initiated Scope of Requirements (SOR) and all required engineering drawings, materials specifications, standards, the Advanced Development Validation Plan (ADVP) and technical support to the Product Purchasing and Supplier Quality Engineering teams - Generated technical solutions and quality improvement proposals to fulfill customer requirements.
