Adrian Simu

I am coordinating the company activities in 3 countys in the west of Romania (BH, SM, MM). My job consist in achieving sales and revenue targets, preparing and managing the budgets, supervising the stock levels, identifing and analyzing the market opportunities, work closely with the other departments (HR, IT, logistic, management, carfleet), representing the company in the relation with main clients and local authorities, etc.

The company owns a number of 36 shoes shops and accesories all over the country, most of them located in commercial areas and shopping centers. I was in charge to opening those stores (from contracts negotiation to the effective opening, including coordonating the construction teams) and supervising the further activity (HR, administrative, merchandise, prices, IT, etc).

I started from merchandiser position and I evolved untill branch manager position. I was coordonating the entire activity of the company in Bihor County, including sales force, warehouse activity, delivery force, administrativ duties, some financial activities, etc.
