Ensure exceptional service is delivered to customers in destination. Answer questions & queries and offer solutions to customer concerns, whilst offering enhancements & experiences to provide a great holiday experience. Serving customers from Polish, German and UK source markets.

• running end-2-end recruitment projects against roles • building and developing long-term relations with hiring managers from EMEA region; providing hiring consultancy to managers• sourcing candidates (head hunting) against graduate and internship programs, IT profiles, sales and managerial positions • external and internal sourcing, candidates screening, interview coordination, documents creation and relocation facilitation • creating Graduate strategy and attending Career Fairs
