I have 7 years of experience in product ownership and management, driving disruption in the IT industry within highly professional companies and launching top-notch products, out-of-the-box solutions serving the different domains such as payment systems, video streaming services, IoT, audit. I founded my own project. The MVP was an iOS chat app that is supposed to solve the paradox of choice. During conversations and user analysis, it was found that our average user is the person who is struggling to find the one with whom he can tell everything without any fear. So there was decided that this app has a different job to be done: it was switched to a different direction which is more similar to psychological/friendly support via online channels.
