The main tasks in my current job are budgeting, forecasting and analyzing the financial information of the total region, identifying deviations from expected results at the same time than creating financial projections. Through the analysis I look for anticipate the potential issues that may occur and advice and support for decision making for the European Cardiac leaders to drive business performance. For this I coordinate a team of eight financial analysts located in the different European and Canada.

Finance support and partnering within all different Medtronic businesses and operations. Forecasting and budgeting full P&L and Balance sheet for the businesses in Spain and Portugal. Support country business and product managers to allocate yearly budget. Provide timely and accurate analysis to evaluate performance versus objectives and support decision making. Overseen monthly close process and follow up, preparing periodic reporting to the European HQ, intercompany accounting and account reconciliation.

Responsible for Inventory management, obsolescence control, cycle count coordinator, fixed assets management, EOC cross-businesses ordering and sales operations.

Assist to develop audit trials in multiple customer locations, checking accomplishments of processes for customers, vendors, banks, payrolls, taxes, assets and liabilities. Playing a team member role beneath the supervision of the team leader.

Provide educational programs to different sector companies by managing a team of five people. In coordination with local Human Resources finding out the customer training needs and elaborating specific action plans and deploying them. Employ adequate trainers to fit identified customer needs and provide with public funds to develop the training. Documenting the improvement achieved with follow up visits and surveys.

Responsible for a team of nineteen people offering bank portfolio to private customers in Castille, Cantabria and Levante Spanish regions. Reporting the results to the national head office, providing sales analysis trending. Calculating commissions, incentives and supporting motivational plans.

Control accomplishment of credit card process. Evaluate quality on customer service department by supervising follow up of the process and analyzing behavior. Support on interview for valid candidates for the quality department.
