18-year experience in managing multi-sectorial and regional humanitarian, complex-emergency, development, advocacy portfolios in the Middle East (Turkey, Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria), Asia (Sri Lanka, India), Italy. 13-year experience as INGO country representative, with strategic vision and diplomatic, decision-making, effective communication, advocacy, leadership skills; used to work creatively, effectively and in innovative manner, managing large teams. Coordination with UN, with local and international Authorities, Donors, Humanitarian Community and NGOs, including resource mobilisation. Strong humanitarian background; knowledge of the Project Cycle Management, Logical Framework Approach, Theory of Change approach, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, Security and Safety, Human and Financial Resources Management and Planning, Logistic. Currently engaged in the Syrian Cross-border Humanitarian Response as OCHA deputy pooled fund manager.
