As Team Lead HR International, I am responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy and the people agenda in my Divisions and Subsidiaries, in close coordination with the Managing Directors and the Members of the Management Board. I report to the divisional Head of HR and supervise the local HR teams (8 HR Professionals) and 800+ employees across 16 countries (Switzerland, Iberian Peninsula, Western Europe and UK, Poland, South Eastern Europe and Singapore).
As Senior HR Business Partner International, I steered all HR processes, topics and people strategy in my Divisions and Subsidiaries and acted as sparring partner for the Management. Reporting to the divisional Head of HR, I supervised the local HR teams and 400+ employees across 15 countries (Switzerland, Iberian Peninsula, Western Europe and UK, South Eastern Europe and Singapore).
As HR Business Partner International, reporting to the divisional Head of HR, I managed and maintained all relevant HR processes and topics in my Divisions and Subsidiaries (Switzerland, Iberian Peninsula, Italy, South Eastern Europe). I steered and supported cross-departmental HR-initiatives and projects and ensured transfer of services and HR processes from the Headquarter to my Divisions and Subsidiaries.
Reporting to the HR Director and managing a team of 4 HR Professionals, I was responsible for HR management, administration and payroll, recruiting, training and development and for managing and supporting corporate HR processes such as talent management, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit policies for all the Companies of the Group in Italy, including Combined-Cycle Power Plants and a Wind Farm. In addition to the above, I supervised the responsibilities of my previous role.
Managing a team of 2 HR Professionals and reporting to the HR Director, I was responsible for the recruitment process and for the training and development of the employees. I was also responsible for the processes of Performance Appraisal and Talent Management.
