With over 8 years of experience in the field of Technology Recruitment/Presales/Account Management, Professional Services, of which 2 years were in California. Presently I am associated as Global Delivery Manager with OrgSpire Technologies Inc., wherein I am responsible for driving all phases of hiring, talent management and resource planning as per business objectives. My key role is to improve staff experience and reduce employee attribution with skills in interfacing with diverse stakeholders, diverse units and hiring managers. Throughout my tenure, I have been defining and executing recruitment methods including social media, headhunting, networking, market mapping and employee referrals.
