. Responsible for general civil, utilities, mechanical and facilities system, safety. . Monitors and controls the accuracy of construction work as per contract and drawing requirement. . Liaison with intercompany departments in the procuring of materials . Assist maintenance group in ,factory's mechanical systems (Facilities, HVAC, Fire fighting, Sanitary, Utility) . Responsible for ISO 14001, ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949 (internal auditor).
