Customers: Vehicle propulsion, complete vehicle, SW and HW units within Volvo Cars Main challenges and responsibilities: - Manage the integration during concept and dev. phase of multiple X-functional teams - Project manage design activities to reach overall goals - Lead Advanced Engineering projects during strategy phase - Secure deliveries on time, to the right cost and with the right technology - Capture and build up knowlegde, using OD tools and agile methods

Customers: EPAS for Daimler/Ford/JLR Main challenges and responsibilities: - Main partner for all NVH related topic activities for EPAS systems - Project planning for the NVH processes and gating reviews - Coordination of tests, activities and resources to ensure proper NVH performance - Develop new concepts and strategies for future products - Systematic use of 6-sigma methodology for problem solving - Successful development of the BR 205 DAI EPAS system

Customers: AUDI Main challenges and responsibilities: - From 11/2009 till 11/2010: On site (Bratislava, Slovakia) lead and coordination of technical changes with customer (AUDI) as well as negotiation and tracking of the quality indicators - From 06/2008 till 10/2009: Lead engineer for product development
