I am responsible for representing the ADC through many of our global campaigns and initiatives, growing our international network as well as developing and managing our CRM capabilities.

I worked with Creative Niche, a global recruitment firm operating in North America (US & Canada), Europe and Asia. Working with many great agencies and companies to help them find the ideal talent for their needs, for both full time and freelance positions, from Jr. to Executive roles, creative and accounts side. It was an amazing opportunity to meet people from different countries, backgrounds, cultures and industries, and helping many agencies and candidates find their match.

I was tasked with outreach to global advertising / design agencies and companies, promoting both IHAVEANIDEA and our sponsor, Creative Niche, opening new recruitment opportunities and and building client relationships

I was responsible for the design and delivery of all training materials for a medical management company of over 300 employees in multiple departments and roles, constantly assessing talent needs throughout the organization and areas, as well as leading teacher-to-teacher training sessions regarding insurance and medical industry regulations.

I taught general and advanced ESL to adolescents and adults with a focus on pronunciation and grammar, providing constant assessment of student progress and evaluating best practices regarding teaching approaches.
