As a Thermal Science Research Group member, I contribute to applied Research and Development (R&D) projects within the construction and industrial sectors. My work focuses on advancing fire safety, energy efficiency in industrial facilities and buildings, sustainability, and heat transfer. The research I performed led to European standard modification and patented devices. • R&D activities • Writing of programs for material properties estimation and data acquisition • Designed and performed experimental tests • Data analysis with statistical tools • Designed numerical models for simulating energy performance of facilities and building components • Technical drawings • Product design and development, prototyping, and testing • Writing of scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals and articles review • Teaching activities (thermodynamics, heat transfer, daylighting, acoustics) • Writing project proposal for funding • Coordinated international research work teams.
