When Project was starting up into serial production took over Quality Engineer role. Had 6-month period as Casting Section Manager, to cover the gap in management position. When new Project (1.5 l petrol turbo engine which runs in current 10th generation Civic) came up, re-took the job of new product introduction into Casting section.
