    Research assistant

    TU Chemnitz

Button shear fatigue test for crack analysis of Cu and EMC interface. Used ANSYS APDL for simulation of the crack propagation behavior through VCCT approach. A novel machine was developed during thesis to carry out experimental tests. Thesis included: singnal conditioning circuit data aquisition using labview data analysis using MATLAB and Origin

as a research assistant in analysis of creep in high-temperature SAW-based temperature sensors using new materials. My responsibilities are simulation of the problem in COMSOL software which involved a thin film based sensor with multiple layers of different materials and measuring the stress, creep and relaxation behavior induced to the structure by the surface acoustic waves in operation temperature

  • 6 Monate, Juli 2017 - Dez. 2017

    Research assistant

    Fraunhofer ENAS

During my time there I was working on selective atomic layer deposition of Al2O3 on patterned Si/Cu substrate using SAMs as the blocking layer. The work included optimization of the ALD process for uniform distribution of the deposited material which was characterized by ellipsometry and reflectometry. Throughout the project I had the opportunity to work in the clean room and gain some experience regarding wafer handling. Furthermore, Origin and MATLAB were frequently used for data analysis.

  • Research assistant

    Solar Energy Research Institute (UKM)

I was a research assistant on using graphene in Solar Cells in Solar Energy Research institute in Malaysia. I have experience in sputtering, CVD and screen printing in the thin film fabrication lab. I had the honor to be under direct supervision of Prof. Nowshad Amin one of the leading professors in green energy in Malaysia and south east asia.
