I started this role as a customer service advisor where I was the contact point for existing customers who had questions or queries regarding their current insurance policy. The role ranged from changing vehicles on policies, advising customers on the best options going forward with regards to their personal circumstances and ensuring a professional service at all times. Due to my rapid development in this role I was given the opportunity to develop my skills with the company.
