Responsibility for Logistics Finance Europe, Foreign Exchange Management Europe and Americas Region including currency hedging, Production Controller Europe and responsibility for the accounting, legal and tax compliance of the Swiss Tax Model.

Responsible for the financial processes of 16 personal care factories. In charge of restructuring, sourcing, capital investment and late differentiation projects with broad knowledge as project analysis (NPV, IRR, payback) and operational analysis . Oversee categories' monthly, quarterly and end of year reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and savings reporting.

Leading the factory finance and controlling teams in the cluster and savoury organizations. Responsible for accounting, budgeting and reporting of 8 savoury factories in Germany, Greece, Hungary, Poland and Romania. Delivered €6M annual savings through restructuring and reorganization projects.

Responsible for finance, operations and IT audits in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Turkey with focus on accounting, asset management, acquisitions, corporate risk management and brands. Developed a SAP audit guide and a Trade Inventory Management guide that served as the rubric for the company’s global trade inventory reviews.

Responsible for financial audits for company headquarters, warehouses and factories in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Turkey.
