- Coordinating a migration of financial processes of acquired entities to Shared Service Center; - Ensuring of the compliance of migrated procesess with accounting standards of Raben Group; - Developing and implementing processes' optimization; - Managing migration teams; - Analysis and reporting.

- Coordinating audit team performance including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence; - Identifying areas of potential efficiency improvements; - Participating in the effective communication of audit findings and recommendations to management; - Reviewing and evaluating the internal control environment and develop specific analyses of strengths and weaknesses, along with recommended improvement.

- Statutory and group financial statements auditing according to IFRS, German GAAP and Polish GAAP; - Cooperating with customers from maritime, SSC, transportation, retail and food industries; - Gaining an understanding of the company's internal audit processes, company procedures and systems; - Assisting in IPO process; - Drafting audit reports; - Researching intermediate areas of accounting.

- Statutory financial statements auditing according to UoR and IFRS; - Cooperating with customers from energy and fuel, automotive, education, IT, retail and food industries; - Creating controlling tools for customers using Excel VBA; - Developing auditing tools using Excel VBA.
