I have been working in HR for ≈6 years, having in-depth experience in hiring for IT and Telecom roles. I always want to recruit for roles described as 'impossible' and to find new approaches in building an inclusive and professional recruitment process. In parallel, I am pursuing courses to understand the Project Management field. I had previous Project Management experience during my time at Pontoon, when I acted as a Project Manager for 6 months to implement a Graduate Program in Ericsson, initiating the project, defining the scope, leading a small team to attract 55 young professionals, and being the single point of contact for senior stakeholders.
