NaLDS is an international conference with 120 delegates. The focus of the conference is personal development. It offers a chance to reflect upon your values and potential, to explore your strengths and to find your personal authentic way of leadership. My role involved co-designing the concept and supporting the Core Team (Chair, Agenda Manager, Organisational Commitee President, Conference Manager) as well as ensuring the well-being of the whole Conference team and smooth processes.

My role involved: Preparation and wrap up of the mid-term audit and internal audit On 'Mitgliederversammlungen' each year to present the Internal Auditor report. Check prints and media in terms of legality of Local Commitees. Help with legal questions. Do a regular checking of the National Board bookkeeping in Bonn.

Conference Manager for the regional takeover conference in AIESEC in Germany. It's a 3 days conference (+ 1 Day Pre Meeting) with ca 200 participants of 10 different Local Commitees. My work involved the selection of the Facilitators, the coordination with the National Board and the tracking of the Organisational Team including coaching with the leader if that team which was located in Halle.

National strategic work in the finance area of AIESEC in Germany. Working in a virtual team of 8 people. Support and consultancy for Local Finance Teams.

Working in the Executive Board of the Local Commitee at AIESEC in Berlin HU. Responsible for strategic work and the creation of annual statement.
