Guide sales, logistics and production defining the most effective arrangements to get the most profitability in the customer satisfaction vs. serving cost relationship.

Developed a strategic Program Management Office responsible for implementing process excellence programs in Sales, Supply Chain and Operation areas with project benefits of $46.3 million US/year and that involved all plants in Brazil.

Planned and built an organization of innovation by creating and managing innovation campaigns that generated more than 4000 new ideas/year, with an average of 10 ideas/day that resulted in an additional $2 million US in sales. Managed product portfolio process implementing processes and an idea prioritization system focused on financial returns that brought in $8 million US in 2010 through projects implemented at 15 plants across Brazil.
