Daily task include: solving tickets in our ticketing system JIRA, supporting other departments, with IT related problems both hard and software like, as part of the customer integration team I send out documentations and support customers in developement, test and live phases.

I was part of the IT Helpdesk team, supported coworkers in any issues, reported in ticketing system, email, or on the phone. Installed and maintained workstations, monitored our database, and documented trubleshooting processes, writed how-tos, best practises, and guides based on experience.
I was participating in a project, and my task was to migrate the companys computers to a new domain. If it was necessary I reinstalled computers with fresh operating system, installed softwares by a step-by-step guide, and trubleshooted issues after the migration.
